Consulted with owners and management on uplifting and the offering at their 5 star property "The Fort".  Taking it to the next level from accommodation to amenities, food, crockery and decor.  Enhancing the outdoor experience.

Implementing a foundation in the Food and Beverage department that focuses on procedures, policies and service values.  Mentoring Restaurant Managers and Supervisors.  Advising and training on uplifting the guests' experience.

Santé Wellness Retreat & Spa

Cape Winelands - A luxurious Destination Wellness Retreat including a world class Day Spa, Health Optimizing Clinic and Conference Centre

Set up housekeeping, reception and F&B departments.  Implimented stantard operating procedures.  Staff recruitment.  facilitated soft opening and launch of the hotel and restaurant.  Facilitated agent, blogger and media site inspections.
